While running low on un-roasted coffee greens, I decided to search Amazon for a quick and easy buy.  A small purchase would hold me over until I place and receive my next order from either Sweet Marias or Coffee Bean Corral.  I stumbled across Smokin Beans and their selection of un-roasted beans.  They offered several different coffees in a variety or pre-measured bags.  When I saw the Guatemala Huehuetenango I figured I would give it a try.  I have had many different Huehue’s so it was interesting to compare this coffee with my past experiences.  Here is my review of this coffee:
